Trade fair retrospective - Once around the world in autumn
Finally, trade fairs can take place again all over the world and our HA Group was also represented at numerous events: Among others in China, Poland, Indonesia, Thailand, Mexico, Czech as well as in Turkey and South Korea our international teams welcomed numerous visitors at their booths in September and October this year.
HA China at CIFE 2022 in Shanghai, China
The two months of exhibitions started with the 20th China International Foundry Expo (CIFE), which was held in Shanghai from September 19 to 21, 2022. HA China organized a special industrial style design booth for this year's CIFE which attracted many visitors. The environmentally-friendly inorganic binder system Cordis and the phenolic resin Carbophen were particularly in the focus of the visitors' interest. A great success was the award for our emission-reduced Cold-Box binder system by the Chinese Foundry Association with the "Golden Tripod Award" for Chinese Foundry Materials 2022.
HA Polska at the METAL Fair in Kielce, Poland
Almost at the same time, but on a different continent, the METAL Fair in Kielce, Poland, welcomed guests from the foundry industry from all over the world for the 24th time from September 20 to 22. For our colleagues from HA Polska the event was thoroughly successful. A great achievement was receiving a medal for our cold box binder system as the best product. In addition, the organizers honored HA Polska for the attractive and modern expo stand arrangement.
HA ASEAN at IMT in Jakarta, Indonesia and GIFA SEA in Bangkok, Thailand
Our colleagues from HA ASEAN were even represented at two fairs: First, from September 21 to 23, together with our partner PT Haltraco at the International Metal Technology (IMT) in Indonesia. The focus of the modern booth was particularly on solutions for hand moulding, coated sands and the feeder technology of Chemex.
Shortly afterwards, the GIFA Southeast Asia took place for the first time in Bangkok, Thailand, from October 5 to 7 - an offshoot of the recognized trade fairs of the series "The Bright World of Metals" of Messe Düsseldorf. Our colleagues from HA ASEAN and Chemex were present at the joint booth of the Federal Republic of Germany. Many visitors took the opportunity and informed themselves about our sustainable product solutions as well as the individual feeder systems.

Metko HA at the Ankiros in Istanbul, Türkiye
From October 6 to 8 the ANKIROS and TURKCAST 2022 took place in Istanbul, Türkiye. Metko HA and the more than 1000 national and international exhibitors were pleased to welcome numerous visitors to this important fair. As part of the accompanying lecture event, our product manager Peter Gröning gave a presentation on the properties of sustainable Cold-Box systems, which was received with great interest by the audience.

HA Korea at the World Foundry Congress in Busan, South Korea
"Cast the Future" - this was the motto of the 74th World Foundry Congress (WFC), which was held in Busan, South Korea, from October 16 to 20. In addition to the successful participation of our colleagues from Hüttenes-Albertus Korea in the accompanying exhibition, Peter Gröning answered the question "Are there sustainable Cold-Box systems?" as part of the comprehensive lecture program.
HA Germany at the Ledebur Colloquium in Freiberg, Germany
On October 27 and 28 it was time to say "Glück auf" from Freiberg! The Foundry Institute of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg invited to the 31st Ledebur Colloquium. Interesting technical lectures and the personal meeting at the evening event were our highlights.
We are looking forward to GIFA 2023
After the successful trade fairs this year, we are looking forward to next year even more: GIFA, the most important trade fair for the foundry industry, will take place again in the Düsseldorf exhibition halls from June 12 to 16, 2023. As an international meeting place and leading trade fair for the foundry industry, the trade fair brings together experts from the foundry and supplier industry and is accompanied by an extensive accompanying program and technical forum. We are looking forward to participating again as an exhibitor!
