Every year our "Running HAmsters" in Düsseldorf and Hanover take part in an intercompany race. Away from the running track, our sporty "HA Dragons" compete in the dragon boat regatta in Hanover. And our soccer team in Hanover is just as highly motivated.
Our teams are colourful and come from different departments. The focus is not on results, but on fun and team spirit. Experiencing something beyond the everyday work routine and celebrating victories together is great for camaraderie and team-building.
