The HA Center of Competence is equipped with a specially configured ExOne 3D printer that enables rapid prototyping for customers.
With the S-Max Plus system, several 3D printing processes can be reproduced with sand. This enables the rapid production of additive castings with different binder types (phenolic resin, inorganic resins, furan resin). Very large and complex components can be printed. HA uses the system for its own development projects, as well as in joint projects with its partners and customers. Moreover, HA is constantly developing new binders and additives for 3D printing in close, project-specific cooperation with ExOne.
