Practical tips
When applying the coating, care should be taken to ensure homogeneous, correct tempering of the preheated mould and uniform coating thickness. All application equipment should be clean and in perfect working order to ensure uniform application.
In order to guarantee a uniform application and a long service life, it is important to make sure that you have a clean mould surface and fully functioning spraying device.
Rapid, turbulence-free casting and suitably adapted tool contours will also extend the service life of the coating.
