HAppy Meeting You at CIFE 2021
HAppy Meeting You at CIFE 2021 - this expresses exactly the feeling of our colleagues at this year's CIFE trade fair in Shanghai, China. After a long period of almost digital-only trade shows around the world or even cancelled major events, our Chinese colleagues at the HA booth were very happy to welcome customers and business partners face-to-face again.
From the 26th to the 28th of May, the China International Foundry Expo (CIFE 2021) took place in Shanghai for the 19th time. The stand of our colleagues from HA China attracted many visitors who were interested, among other things, in the numerous exhibits like cores and castings. Our experienced Chinese team presented the HA Group solutions for the foundry industry to many fair guests, executive managers and top-level members of the association from the Chinese foundry industry.
Highly interesting HA forum
On the first day of CIFE 2021, the 2nd HA Global Foundry Technology Sharing Forum, held at the Shanghai International Convention and Exhibition Center, attracted the interest of the audience. The forum focused on the development of sustainable solutions for the foundry industry with a focus on environmental protection, as well as the successful resolution of challenges in production or development processes.
Telling success stories with exhibits
What are the developments and improvements of our products? How successful is the use of our solutions in the production processes of our customers? For background information, news about HA products, their (further) development and application, the exhibition in Shanghai offered the optimal framework. In addition to the product solutions and castings on display, the HA team explained to the interested visitors on site how our employees accompany their customers - from the idea to the successful use of a system in production.
The solutions presented at the trade show were diverse:
Almost emission-free aluminum castings with IOB, motor housings produced with our Cold-Box binder system HA Biocure in the low-pressure casting process, successes with HA Sigmacure as a solution individually adapted to the customer's requirements, e.g. for heavy truck cylinder heads, or the highest surface quality and production efficiency through HA Pentex - our No-Bake system with high strength and flexibility in the molding process. Visitors were also very interested in our highly efficient feeder technologies.
In addition to the exhibits and background information, the interactive "Green Travel, Shining HA" area was a real crowd-puller at the HA booth. Here, the concept of energy saving in foundry operations was vividly illustrated.
In the end, the exhibition team drew a very positive conclusion: an extremely successful first trade show after a long period of limited personal contacts. The excitement for all upcoming events has been raised.
