HA GmbH receives "Sicher mit System" (Systematic Safety) seal of approval
An important milestone for the improvement of occupational safety: after an extensive assessment from March to August 2023, HA was awarded the "Sicher mit System"(Systematic Safety) seal of approval by the German Employers' Liability Insurance Association for the Raw Materials and Chemical Industry (BG RCI).
With the main assessment from 29th-31st August 2023 at the Düsseldorf and Hanover sites, HA was able to successfully complete the detailed audit on the topics of occupational health and safety. The start of our initiative already dates back more than a year and illustrates the extent behind the development of an occupational health and safety management system.
In addition to examining the necessary documents, numerous interviews were also conducted with employees and members of the management during the audit in order to check the operational implementation of prescribed regulations and instructions. Observation of work processes and insight into the organization of responsibilities and tasks were also among the focal points of the audit.
Particular emphasis was placed on the employees' strong awareness of safety and health and their open approach to questions and ambiguities.
