Our organic additives in the Feranex line are based on renewable raw materials. Corn spindle granules are used as a possible raw material. The exhibit shows both the corn spindle itself and the finished product. The use of renewable raw materials relieves the environment and the raw materials used are also CO2-neutral, since the plants have converted the CO2 during their growth.

The exhibited additive is used, among other things, to suppress veining in the casting and has a wide range of applications. Fewer casting defects, at the same time, mean less reworking or scrap and thus less use of resources.
