Article 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

(1) Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. These include, for example, a person’s name, email address or telephone number. But data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites were viewed by someone also count as personal data. c) Analytical Cookies: They are used to create statistical profiles which cannot be traced back to individual users, but merely to groups.  For statistical analysis we use "Matomo" (formerly "PIWIK") on this website. This is an open source tool for web analysis.  The name is: mtm_consent or mtm_cookie_consent. Matomo is deactivated when you visit our website. Only if you actively consent, your usage behavior is recorded anonymously. When you view our website, you will be informed via a banner message about our use of cookies and will also be referred to this Data Protection information.

d) You can configure your browser settings according to your personal preferences and, for example, refuse third-party cookies or all cookies. If you do so, please note that you may not be able to use the full functionality of the website. Cookies can be deleted anytime in your browser settings.

Article 4 Data processing by the operator of the social media platform

We use LinkedIn and Facebook. The operators of the social media platforms use webtracking methods. Web tracking can also be performed regardless of whether you are logged in or registered on the social media platform. It cannot be ruled out that the social media platform provider may use your profile and behavioral data to evaluate your habits, personal relationships, preferences, etc. In this respect we have no influence on the processing of your data by the provider of the social media platforms.
